i want a stethoscope that has good sound Quality
If you want a good quality stethoscope you will have to shell out a little bit of money. the Sprague is definitely a better choice, but I've always preferred Litman for quality. A high quality stethoscope usually goes for about 300 dollars, any more and your getting ripped off, and any less and you may have quality issues.
